MESO delivers mobile equipment service, fleet maintenance, and repair solutions to Construction, Oil & Gas, Utility, and Manufacturing Industries customers throughout the Southeast. What you will do:

• Own the schedule - manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians
• Support the field - process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right
• Keep customers informed - provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations
• Maintain accuracy - update customer databases with current information and service details
• Bridge communication - serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers
• Support accounting - provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices

What you'll bring:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and customer-focused
• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation
