LubeZone, Inc., a national provider of preventative maintenance solutions for the transportation industry has immediate Full-Time and Part-Time positions open for a Lube Technician in our Baytown, TX location!
Lube Technicians are provided:
- Very competitive rate of pay, depending on your experience.
- Performance-based incentive, eligible in the first full month and thereafter. (This can add the equivalent of $3 per hour to your hourly rate!)

Lube Technicians should bring:
- A great attitude, excellent customer service, reliability, and stable work history.
- Basic interest in mechanical work / or enjoy working with your hands.
- Desire to help provide preventative maintenance solutions to customers in the transportation industry, in a clean, safe, efficient, and fun environment.
- Ability to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, equipment, tools, and inventory to provide a safe and clean environment for both Customers and Teammates.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Requirements
Lube Technician requirements:
- No technical experience necessary! We will train you in new skills that will serve you well. But, if you do have related experience, bring it! Our Teams make us who we are, and we are always ready to welcome quality people to join our Team.
