What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Sandwich Maker/ Prep position at Epicurean Feast?
Duties Include:
- Volume Prep work- make wraps/sandwiches daily for individually packaged meals, customers and catering
- Maintaining the deli station while ensuring fresh product is used daily
- Daily cleaning- sanitize and polish all stainless steel equipment, Windex all glass at station
- Prepare made to order wraps/subs/sandwiches/salads
- Maintain friendly attitude while interacting with customers
- Properly stock items by date in café
- ** ServSafe Food Safety Handler certificate

Pay: $23.00/ hour overtime available for Concessions events
