General Job Description:
Data entry and administrative clerk for food manufacturing facility. This job requires 8 hours- Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a food manufacturing facility, all employees are responsible for Food Safety.
- Add to Production schedule the amount and type of butter needed.
- Creates Materials list
- Creates Lot# and add it to the production schedule.
- Provide materials list to warehouse to do weekly counts and add counts to list.
- Creates batch records for the following week to be ahead of production needs.
- Prints finish goods labels for production as needed.
- Creates the batch record (assemblies) on ERP System - ACCTVATE.
- Calculate consumption and assures everything is filled correctly.
- Must Post Assemblies (Batch Records) on ACCTVATE no later than the day after production is completed.
- Receiving report as requested.
- Education: High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
- Experience: Specify if required or preferred
- Prefer experience withing FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Understanding of ERP-System
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn addition computer software and skills.
- 1-2 years of general food manufacturing experience
- Other Requirements:
- Attention to detail, ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Organized to get through daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
- Ability to multitask
