Minimum: $192,000 USD Maximum: $327,000 USD

What You'll Be Doing
- Develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth
- Leads all marketing operations including marketing technology stack strategy, roadmap, administration, lead routing, scoring, segmentation, targeting, campaign tracking and attribution, marketing database contact, quality, data compliance (GDPR) and accuracy.
- Partners with field marketing to assist in developing omni-channel campaign strategy and plans.
- Accountable for data quality and accuracy across Marketing systems
- Drive marketing performance measurement to drive actionable insights with executive-level reporting
- Monitor, analyze and report on the marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, funnel efficiency, TAM penetration and goal achievement
- Partner with marketing leaders on long-term planning, strategy and infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor and develop a global marketing technology, operations and analytics team.
- Ability to interact with senior management; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Project management skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com preferred
- Strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, attribution, ROI
- 12 years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 7 years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
- 6 years of specialized/industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Master’s degree preferred
