What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using C#/.NET and Python, with occasional full-stack work in Node.js and Angular.
- Integrate agentic AI and RAG features into ERP workflows, ensuring reliability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Labs teams to define and deliver innovative product features.
- Implement observability tools including logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and readiness checks for production systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and safe deployment practices while improving developer experience.
- Translate customer workflows into AI-native experiences with clear guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and risk controls.
- Mentor peers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- 5 years’ experience in full-stack software engineering or product development.
- 3 years’ experience mentoring engineers or leading technical efforts.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Python for backend development.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
- Applied experience with agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, LLMs, or AI workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of secure coding, observability, and scalable architecture.
- Experience integrating with ERP systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js for full-stack development.
- Experience with ERP platforms in manufacturing or distribution.
- Hands-on knowledge of GenAI tooling, vector databases, and embedding pipelines.
- Background in data integration, ETL pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
