Senior Consulting Services Consultant | P21 Accounting

As a Senior Consulting Services Consultant, you will take a leadership role in consulting engagements, performing implementation tasks and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for driving implementation deliverables, supporting project organization, and mentoring peers while working independently with clients. We are seeking applicants with strong project management skills, deep industry knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset.

What you will be doing:

• Coach and mentor CS Consultants to ensure consistent, high standards of service delivery while performing customer core team training and peer knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist Project Managers in defining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for project areas
• Establish strong working relationships across Epicor and customer organizations, supporting a collaborative and productive environment
• Estimate project tasks accurately and ensure all deliverables in your area are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain and grow your expertise by keeping up with certifications for new or enhanced products and obtaining certification outside your core competency
• Lead and support training sessions, contributing to the development of team capabilities and customer readiness
• Work independently with clients, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring successful project outcomes with minimal supervision

What you will likely bring:

• 7 years of experience in distribution and/or accounting
• 5 years of consulting experience preferred; accounting experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
