What You Will Be Doing
- Lead technical design sessions with internal and external stakeholders to capture and analyze customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Management to assess solution feasibility and provide accurate estimations.
- Recommend improvements to development methodologies and lead process optimization initiatives.
- Mentor Architects and Developers to elevate technical capabilities across the team.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with system design standards and product requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into Epicor’s products and processes.
- Represent Epicor as a technical evangelist in internal and external forums.
- 10 years’ experience in cloud architecture with Azure.
- Strong expertise in automation tooling such as Terraform.
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and mentor others effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Cloud Architecture using AWS is nice to have.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines using Azure DevOps is nice to have.
- Deep understanding of government compliance frameworks and secure cloud deployments.
