What You Will Be Doing
- Lead technical design sessions with internal and external stakeholders to capture and analyze customer requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Management to assess solution feasibility and provide accurate estimations
- Recommend improvements to development methodologies and lead process optimization initiatives
- Mentor Architects and Developers to elevate technical capabilities across the team
- Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with system design standards and product requirements
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into Epicor’s products and processes
- Represent Epicor as a technical evangelist in internal and external forums
- 10 years’ experience in cloud architecture with AWS and Azure
- Strong expertise in automation tooling such as Terraform
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects and mentor others effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with FedRAMP and GovCloud environments
- Deep understanding of government compliance frameworks and secure cloud deployments
