What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate on the development of LLM agents using Epicor Prism’s internal tools and frameworks
- Design prompts and workflows for summarization, classification, and retrieval tasks
- Run structured experiments, track performance, and iterate based on telemetry and feedback
- Contribute to prompt libraries, test sets, and reproducibility frameworks
- Support integration and deployment of AI agents into production systems
- Participate in customer site visits and 3-day engagements once or twice per quarter
- Engage in team reviews, documentation, and shared learning efforts across US and India-based teams
- 2–3 years’ experience in applied data science or machine learning roles, with exposure to LLM-powered applications
- Strong Python proficiency and comfort working with APIs and structured data
- Familiarity with agentic AI platforms such as Blanchain, Azure ML Studio, or AWS SageMaker
- Hands-on experience designing experiments, analyzing results, and versioning code and data
- Strong written communication skills and eagerness to learn from feedback
- Ability to read .NET/C# code and familiarity with lightweight deployment workflows (containers, APIs, CI/CD)
- Experience with R programming for educational use
- Exposure to MLOps platforms like ClearML, WandB, or Neptune
- Background in ERP, compliance, or supply chain
- Experience with multimodal tasks or retrieval pipelines
