EpiCenter SoCal is recruiting an Entry Level Sales Associate to advance our AT&T business initiatives. As a leading sales and business consulting firm, we seek professionals skilled in consultative sales and collaborative execution to drive connectivity solution adoption.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will master AT&T's product portfolio and customer engagement strategy through our structured sales strategies. You will manage customer relationships remotely, guiding clients from initial contact through implementation and continued support.
Role Responsibilities for the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Engage customers in retail and promotional settings to understand their connectivity needs and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions.
- Present AT&T product features, benefits, and current offers with clarity, tailoring recommendations to customer usage patterns and service goals.
- Facilitate service enrollments, device upgrades, and bundled plan activations using AT&T’s approved workflows and compliance protocols.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, service outcomes, and campaign metrics to support performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while contributing to a consistent and goal-driven team culture.
Qualities That Set You Apart as an Entry Level Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in retail sales, promotional outreach, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver product clarity, guide service selection, and support campaign engagement.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and point-of-sale systems for managing customer data, processing transactions, and tracking performance.
- Team-oriented, coachable, and results-driven—ready to grow within a fast-paced, metrics-based retail environment.
