- Introduce customers to our products and services, utilizing consultative sales strategies
- Work to manage customer accounts by processing orders, explaining account details, and any promotions available to them
- Stay informed on products and trends to keep up-to-date with new knowledge and technology trends
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer maintaining, professionalism and following guidelines
