- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and team members
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Balance clinical responsibilities with operational expectations
- Active BCBA & COBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and provide 3 professional references
- 3 years of experience as a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills, previous management/supervisory of direct reports experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills with families and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable balancing clinical care with operational priorities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and/or Excel
- Experience with Apple/Macintosh systems
- Experience working with EMR (electronic medical recording) systems and integration
