As Director of Federal Government Affairs, you'll represent that scale and credibility in Washington, giving you a seat at the table on issues that will define how healthcare technology evolves for the next decade.
Drive congressional advocacy on issues that shape the future of healthcare. Represent Epic before federal policymakers and serve as a key voice on legislative issues affecting healthcare technology. You will develop government relations strategies that advance pro-innovation policies that put the patient at the heart of healthcare and help providers succeed in an evolving regulatory environment. Your primary focus will be federal affairs, building and sustaining relationships across the House and Senate while partnering with government affairs teams at health systems, hospital associations, and other key healthcare stakeholders to drive aligned, high-impact initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- 6 years of relevant experience
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of working days
