What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation & Stock Systems Analyst position at Epic?
Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
You will collaborate with a variety of roles and teams across Epic to help manage employees compensation and the employee stock program, including working alongside Epic executives to identify trends and other reporting needs. In this unique role combining business intelligence, project management, and process improvement skills, you will be responsible for high-impact projects developing reports and complex data, using a variety of systems. You will develop and implement your own innovative ideas to solve important issues, along with being part of the team that executes on regular ongoing events, such as annual raises and end-of-year bonuses. The ideal candidate will have technical skills for data analysis, an eye for creativity and process improvement, strong oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
