Company Description
Our highly qualified therapist work with clients 1:1 in sessions and provide parents with regular feedback including skills to practice at home and updates on programs. Each client receiving our 1:1 ABA therapy service is assigned a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that oversees every aspect of their program. Upon intake, an assessment is given and a treatment plan is developed based on the client’s individual and immediate needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, located in Plano, TX. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining detailed patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and Speech skills
- Experience in managing Dysphagia
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification
- State licensure for Texas
