What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Epic Strides?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to neurodivergent individuals.
- Assist with facilitating social skills groups to support communication and peer interaction.
- Ability to accurately implement behavior plans and interventions under supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field (preferred).
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
