Full Job Description

Seeking professional Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff with fine dining experience. This is a very important role for us and we rely heavily on our serving staff. They manage the pulse of the dining room and ensure patrons have a memorable dining experience.

Waterbar is looking for qualified and energetic Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff capable of providing elegant service in our spectacular dining room, but also able to keep up with the pace of a very busy and a bit more casual patio service.

Must be available for lunch and weekend brunch shifts. Some evening shifts may be open for the right candidate.

Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff is generally offered on part time basis.

Restaurant Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff::

• At least 2 years of experience at a fine dining establishment
• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
• Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
• Punctual, patient, and mindful
• Good understanding of wine and beer
• Working knowledge of and experience with point of sales systems
• Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good team player
• Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service
• Make informed recommendations to maximize the guests enjoyment of their experience at Waterbar.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
• Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Must have valid or be able obtain a food handler card in first 30 days
