Epic Roof Replacement is hiring an experienced Roofing Lead Reactivation & Sales Support Specialist to follow up with existing leads, active opportunities, pending estimates, canceled appointments, and expired roofing deals.
This is not a general customer-service or entry-level appointment-setting position. Previous roofing industry experience is required.
The right candidate will understand roofing terminology, replacement systems, estimates, inspections, warranties, financing, and the common concerns homeowners have when deciding whether to move forward with a roofing project.
Your primary responsibility will be to consistently follow up with homeowners, restart stalled conversations, schedule qualified on-site inspections, and help move pending opportunities toward signed contracts.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with active roofing leads and pending opportunities
- Reactivate expired estimates and older roofing leads
- Contact homeowners who received an estimate but have not signed
- Schedule and confirm qualified on-site roof inspections
- Recover canceled appointments and no-shows
- Discuss roofing options, warranties, financing, scheduling, and next steps
- Identify and help overcome common homeowner objections
- Coordinate closely with estimators and the sales team
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM notes
- Manage a large pipeline of open and inactive opportunities
- Follow up by phone, text, and email until the homeowner makes a decision
- Help improve lead-to-deal, deal-to-inspection, and inspection-to-sale conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Previous roofing industry experience is required
- Understanding of roof replacement terminology and the roofing sales process
- Experience working with roofing leads, estimates, inspections, or customers
- Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
- Comfortable discussing shingles, tile roofs, flat roofs, warranties, financing, and project timelines
- Confident handling objections and following up repeatedly
- Highly organized and able to manage a large number of opportunities
- Experience using a CRM or roofing sales software
- Reliable, punctual, and available to begin work at 8:00 AM
- Comfortable working full-time from the office
Experience with residential roofing sales, inside sales, estimating, appointment setting, production coordination, or roofing customer service is strongly preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
