- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer support quality.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary.
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, One Drive, and Google Drive applications and data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs quickly and clearly articulate solutions.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques, call center operations, and phone etiquette standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
