Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Project Material Expediting daily, while maintaining good, professional working relationships with 

suppliers.

• Maintain and submit current expediting reports weekly.

• Obtain and forward copies of Packing List, Bills of Lading & MTR’s to Receiver (Based on advanced 

receiving procedure)

• Coordinate activities with other department leads (i.e. Procurement, Material Management, etc.)

• Assist in resolution of MDR’s (Material Discrepancies)

• Work with supply chain material control resources & project management to prioritize the delivery of 

material to maximize the release of spools.

• Attend project meetings as needed (internal or client meetings)

• Assist procurement.

• Take pro-active approach to the tasks at hand.
