What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with hand and upper-extremity conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and needs
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercises
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Help patients return to work, sports, hobbies, and everyday activities
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist with hand therapy certification (CHT)
- Experience treating hand and upper-extremity conditions
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
