Warehouse Manager
Location: Bristol, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–4:30PM
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year

About the Position
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities for our Bristol, CT location.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment and be comfortable in a hands-on role. Forklift experience is required, while experience operating warehouse machinery, particularly wrapping machines, is preferred.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is looking to take on additional responsibility and grow within an organization. While the initial focus will be on warehouse operations, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the company's machinery and processes and take on additional operational responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, staging, storing, and moving materials.
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize daily warehouse tasks.
- Monitor inventory and ensure materials are properly organized.
- Ensure warehouse safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Assist with the operation of warehouse machinery as trained.
- Learn and become proficient with specialized equipment, including wrapping machines.
- Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization.
- Work closely with management and other departments to support daily operations.
- Provide direction and support to warehouse employees as needed.
- Take on additional operational responsibilities as knowledge and experience develop.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience required.
- Forklift operation experience required.
- Experience with wrapping machines or other warehouse machinery preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Dependable and hands-on approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily warehouse activities.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Willingness and ability to learn new equipment, machinery, and processes.
- Previous management experience is not required.
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift.
