We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated Accounting Assistant to support our metal fabrication operations. This temp to hire role is ideal for someone with strong office management experience who can think independently, manage multiple administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We need a proactive individual who can step in immediately and help alleviate the owner’s day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and handle customer and client inquiries professionally.
- Perform heavy administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus).
- Coordinate office supplies, schedules, and other operational needs.
- Support management by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
