Job Title: Sales Representative – Real Estate Acquisitions
Location: Connecticut (Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, with occasional travel to New London and Litchfield Counties)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $80,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commission
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding real estate acquisitions team. This fully in-person role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about closing deals.
As a Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners at appointments pre-scheduled by management, present competitive home-buying solutions, and negotiate property acquisitions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a proven ability to close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled in-person appointments with prospective home sellers
- Build trust with homeowners and present company purchasing offers
- Negotiate contracts and close real estate acquisitions
- Maintain performance expectations, including closing approximately 1 out of every 3 appointments
- Conduct daily office work including lead management, follow-up, and reporting
- Travel throughout assigned counties for appointments
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales strategies and performance
Territory Coverage
Primary Counties:
- Fairfield County
- New Haven County
- Middlesex County
Secondary Counties (as needed):
- New London County
- Litchfield County
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working fully in-person and traveling locally
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous sales experience preferred (real estate, direct sales, or high-ticket sales is a plus)
- Leadership potential and desire for career growth
