As we continue expanding, we’re seeking a Director of Operations who can strengthen infrastructure, support compliance excellence, and help scale our impact.

What you will lead:
Operational Excellence
- Oversee AFC/GAFC program operations
- Optimize intake, authorization, and service workflows
- Monitor census growth and operational KPIs
- Ensure staffing, scheduling, and service continuity
Compliance and Accreditation
- Maintain CARF accreditation readiness
- Ensure MassHealth regulatory compliance
- Prepare organization for surveys, audits, and reviews
- Strengthen policy implementation and documentation practices
Workforce & Culture
- Support caregiver retention and workforce development
- Implement performance management systems
- Strengthen training and supervision structures
Quality & Performance
- Lead performance measurement initiatives
- Monitor satisfaction, outcomes, and risk indicators
- Drive continuous improvement efforts
Strategic Growth
- Support expansion initiatives
- Build scalable operational processes
- Translate leadership vision into measurable results
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required:
- 5 years healthcare operations leadership experience
- Experience with home care, AFC/GAFC, Medicaid, or community-based services
- Strong regulatory compliance background
- Demonstrated team leadership and operational improvement experience
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
Highly Preferred
- CARF accreditation experience
- Multi-site healthcare operations leadership
- Experience scaling healthcare organizations
