Event Marketing & Social Media Intern / Coordinator

EPIC.NOW is an immersive gastronomy experience combining fine dining, storytelling, music, and virtual and mixed reality technology to create unforgettable culinary journeys. In collaboration with Novikov Miami, EPIC.NOW brings a new kind of dining experience to Miami, blending Japanese-inspired cuisine with immersive VR storytelling and sake pairings.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and well-organized Event Marketing, Promotions & Social Media Intern / Coordinator to help grow our presence in Miami, promote upcoming experiences, build local relationships, and create engaging content around the brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in experiential marketing, hospitality, events, social media, and lifestyle brands.

Event Marketing & Promotions

• Support the promotion of EPIC.NOW experiences, special events, and private bookings in Miami.
• Develop creative ideas to attract new guests and increase reservations.
• Assist with event planning, guest invitations, guest lists, and on-site coordination.
• Help organize promotional activations, influencer visits, media previews, and networking events.
• Identify opportunities to feature EPIC.NOW at local events and within Miami’s hospitality and lifestyle communities.

Social Media & Content

• Help manage and grow EPIC.NOW’s social media presence, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Assist with content planning, publishing schedules, Reels, Stories, captions, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify social media trends and develop creative ideas for engaging short-form videos.
• Coordinate content creation with influencers, creators, photographers, and the restaurant team.
• Monitor engagement, track content performance, and suggest ways to improve reach and audience growth.

Partnerships & Community Outreach

• Research and connect with local influencers, hotels, luxury residences, concierge teams, event planners, lifestyle brands, and corporate communities.
• Support outreach to potential partners and help develop promotional collaborations.
• Communicate with prospective guests and partners, follow up on opportunities, and help convert interest into reservations.
• Build relationships with Miami’s hospitality, entertainment, and event communities.

Event Operations & Coordination

• Assist with preparations and on-site coordination during EPIC.NOW experiences.
• Help ensure guests, creators, and partners have a smooth and memorable experience.
• Coordinate with the restaurant and internal team on schedules, promotional materials, and event details.

• Strong interest in marketing, social media, event promotion, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for content, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Confident communicating with influencers, partners, guests, and local businesses.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Based in Miami or the surrounding area and available to attend events on-site.
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience with social media management, content creation, events, PR, or marketing is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to promote an experience, create engaging content, connect with people, and turn creative ideas into real results.

You might be a marketing or communications student, an aspiring event manager, a social media enthusiast, or someone with experience in hospitality, influencer marketing, public relations, or event production.

Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic, resourceful, comfortable with outreach, and excited to help grow an innovative dining concept in Miami.
