Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote) – Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Interview borrowers to identify the best loan options
- Collect and submit loan applications and documentation
- Evaluate creditworthiness and secure rate lock-ins
- Communicate with borrowers, title companies, and other partners throughout the process
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking and referrals
- Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining compliance with state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Active NMLS license required
- At least 1 year of lending or financial services experience (mortgage preferred, training available)
Compensation:
This job compensation is 100% commission. However, we do offer exclusive company leads and have relationships with some of the top real estate companies in Wisconsin and the other states we lend in.
