Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
* 3 years of clinical research experience; project or multi-site management preferred.
* Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA requirements, and clinical trial operations.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Duties
* Oversee study startup, enrollment, timelines, and closeout across research sites.
* Coordinate with investigators, site teams, sponsors, and CROs.
* Track study performance, budgets, and deliverables.
* Resolve operational issues and support protocol compliance and audit readiness.
