Epic Life is hiring life insurance agents for an in-office, inbound-only role in Largo, FL. You'll handle calls from existing clients who need help with their current policies — no cold calling, no door knocking, no outbound dialing. This is for people who want to produce, improve, and grow inside a high-performance team environment. No license? No problem — we will help guide you through the licensing process to get you started.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls and guiding clients through coverage reviews
- Following a proven sales process within a structured system
- Working daily inside a CRM built specifically for our operation
- Improving through call reviews, hands-on coaching, and corporate training
- Cross-selling relevant products across our multi-carrier portfolio

What we're looking for
- Active Florida life insurance license — or willingness to obtain one (we'll help)
- Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
- Confident communication and consultative sales skills
- Coachable — able to take direction and implement feedback
- Consistency and discipline in a structured environment
- Sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
- Comfortable working independently as a 1099 independent contractor

Compensation note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Earnings are commission-based with no cap. $50,000 reflects a realistic starting point — top performers consistently earn well beyond that.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
