Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of the facilities.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Assist with porter duties as needed
- Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning tasks
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in floor care including buffing and maintaining various floor types
- Background in commercial cleaning practices
