Are you eager to break into the world of hospitality, events, and global experiences? EPIC International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our team from May through July, with the potential for a continued position beyond the internship.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of event planning, sales, and operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with proposal creation in collaboration with the sales team
- Create and manage social media content across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Provide support to planners, sales, and executive teams as needed
- Serve as an on-site liaison for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct internal sourcing and research on properties and new client opportunities
- Assist with program packing, storage unit organization, and supply runs
- Maintain the office lobby and communal spaces to ensure a polished environment

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to jump in where needed
- Strong communication and writing skills

- Interest in planning, coordination, events, marketing, and sales
