Wire CMM Inspector

Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Wire CMM Inspector for a Mold making company in Bloomfield, CT.Pay Rate: $28-$35 /hour (Depending on Experience)Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | Full-TimeResponsibilitiesLooking for an experienced individual to set-up, program, and operate wire CMM machines. Job requirements and responsibilities are as follows:· Set up and operate the wire CMM machines. Experience with Zeiss machines and Calypso software is a plus· Write programs using solid part models· Ability to inspect parts using dial indicators, height gauges, micrometers, and other manual inspection equipment· Strong working knowledge of CMM machines and metrology.· Keep proper maintenance of the machine and troubleshoot issues as needed#HART-1Required QualificationsExperience setting up, programming, and operating wire CMM machines(hands-on experience is clearly required)Ability to write CMM programs using solid part modelsProficiency with manual inspection tools, including:dial indicatorsheight gaugesmicrometersother standard metrology toolsStrong working knowledge of metrology principles(GD&T, measurement techniques, tolerances, etc.)Troubleshooting and basic maintenance skills for CMM machinesCompany DescriptionEpic Personnel Partners, LLC is a privately held woman-owned staffing firm.
