Staffing Specialist – Bilingual Spanish

Epic Personnel Partners is seeking an experienced, bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our Thornton team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position supporting light-industrial clients and employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of staffing agency experience
- Experience recruiting for high-volume light-industrial positions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet urgent staffing deadlines
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Experience using applicant-tracking systems and job boards
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates
- Fill high-volume light-industrial orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified employees
- Post jobs and source candidates through multiple recruiting platforms
- Coordinate orientations, background checks, drug screens, and new-hire paperwork
- Communicate with clients and employees regarding orders, schedules, and attendance
- Maintain accurate employee and assignment records
- Support employee relations, payroll, and daily branch operations
- Meet established recruiting, placement, and retention goals
