Kitchen Sr. Accounting Manager – Cold Storage Food Distribution Center Location: Fontana, CASalary: $70,000 – $75,000/year (Based on Experience)Schedule: Full-Time | Salary Exempt | Must be flexible Join Our Team!Epic Personnel Partners is seeking a Kitchen Senior Accounting Manager for a cold storage food distribution facility in Redlands, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys overseeing accounting and compliance processes, and has experience managing operations within food production or logistics industries. Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting and compliance functions within the Kitchen division.Coordinate cost accounting and operations reporting processes.Develop and implement SOPs, P&L templates, and accounting workflows.Conduct vendor financial reviews and maintain vendor files.Manage license and permit documentation for the site.Lead and mentor the Accounting project team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with Accounting General Manager, Accounting Manager, and Compliance Manager.Manage special projects related to accounting, reporting, and compliance as assigned. Qualifications:3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.2 years of experience with SAP required.Proven success in cost accounting or operations finance (distribution or manufacturing preferred).Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.Experience developing SOPs and leading process improvement initiatives.Proficient in TruckMate, SAP, Excel, and MS Office Suite.Strong data management and reporting skills. Why Join Us:At Epic Personnel Partners, we believe in excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
