Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on On-Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our largest client locations, supporting a workforce of 250–300 temporary employees. This role is key to maintaining a high level of service, productivity, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and our staffing agency
Oversee the daily operations of 250–300 employees across multiple shifts
Conduct onboarding, orientations, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
Manage scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping; resolve last-minute call-offs and replacements
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, workplace rules, and client policies
Address employee relations issues and escalate as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of employee hours, performance, and incidents
Collaborate with internal recruiters to forecast staffing needs and coordinate fill rates
Provide weekly reporting to internal teams and clients on KPIs and staffing metrics
Support retention and engagement efforts including recognition, coaching, and conflict resolution
