Summary
As a Crew Member for Landscaping, you will be an integral part of the team,
responsible for executing various landscaping tasks that enhance outdoor spaces. This

Responsibilities
● Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
● Execute tree trimming and landscape maintenance tasks to enhance property
aesthetics.
● Utilize hand tools and state-of-the-art equipment safely and effectively.
● Assist in snow plowing operations during winter months as needed.
● Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
● Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
● Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in landscaping
practices.
Qualifications
● Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
● Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance.
● Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
● Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in landscaping.
● Ability to lift 50 pounds.
● Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
