Job Description
We are looking for a Store Support Command Center Specialist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with different departments, and providing excellent customer support in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to store requests and customer concerns received by email.
- Log and track all daily requests to ensure accurate records.
- Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Follow up on open requests until they are completed.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their requests.
- Update daily reports and spreadsheets.
- Send end-of-day reports with completed updates.
- Maintain an organized and professional work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with multiple departments and all levels of management.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Work Environment:
- Office setting within a distribution center.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
