Job Description: Store Support AnalystLocation: Food Distribution WarehousePay Rate: $20.00 per hourSchedule:4:00 AM – 12:30 PM8:00 PM – 4:30 AMMust be open to overtime, weekends, and holidays if scheduledJob Summary:The Store Support Analyst helps support daily store and warehouse operations. This role responds to store requests, tracks concerns, and works with warehouse and logistics teams to make sure issues are resolved on time.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Receive store requests and concerns by emailLog and track daily requests and issuesCommunicate with warehouse and logistics teamsFollow up on open items until they are completedInform stores when requests or concerns are resolvedUpdate daily reports and tracking chartsSend end-of-day emails with updated informationKeep work area clean and organizedPerform other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:2–3 years of related experience preferredBasic knowledge of company products and servicesBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelComputer Skills:Strong computer skills requiredExperience using Microsoft Office, especially ExcelCommunication Skills:Ability to communicate clearly and professionallyAble to work with different teams and managementPhysical Demands:Ability to sit at a computer for long periodsAbility to lift up to 10 poundsReasonable accommodations may be providedWork Environment:Food distribution warehouse environmentMust be able to work in cold and refrigerated areasComfortable working in different temperaturesCompany DescriptionEpic Personnel Partners, LLC is a privately held woman-owned staffing firm.
