QC Technician

Position: QC TechnicianPay Rate: $17.00 per hourSchedule: TBDJob Summary:The QC Technician is responsible for checking incoming products to make sure they meet quality and safety standards before being accepted into the warehouse. This role focuses on inspecting products, recording results, and reporting any quality issues to the Quality team. The QC Technician helps ensure only safe, clean, and approved products are sent to customers.Key Responsibilities:Inspect incoming products for quality, temperature, damage, labeling, and expiration datesCheck packaging to ensure products are free from mold, contamination, or defectsRecord inspection results accurately and maintain daily quality logsPlace products on hold if quality standards are not met and report issues to managementAssist with investigating product complaints when requestedFollow all food safety, GMP, and warehouse quality proceduresWork closely with warehouse staff to address and correct quality concernsHelp maintain cleanliness and organization of work areasParticipate in quality training, safety meetings, and audits as neededPerform additional quality-related tasks as assigned by the QA/QC teamRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic computer skills (email, simple data entry, Microsoft Office)Able to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a warehouse environment, including cold temperaturesAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAvailability:Must be open to working overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduledCompany DescriptionEpic Personnel Partners, LLC is a privately held woman-owned staffing firm.
