What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Site Coordinator (2nd shift) position at Epic HR, LLC - Ontario, CA?
We are looking for a dynamic and organized On-Site Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations at our client’s location.
Key Responsibilities:
- coordinate daily staffing needs, including scheduling, check-ins, and shift coverage.
- Address and resolve attendance issues and workforce concerns promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Ensure all employees adhere to workplace safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Schedule: 2nd shift 1pm-4pm start subject to change based off business needs, must be available to work weekends
