Pay: $17.50 per hourJob description:We are seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to join our team! This is for a large food distribution center located in Lacey, WA! As a loss prevention agent, the qualified candidate will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems to prevent merchandise loss as well as oversee and correct any unsafe practices in our client's facility.Responsibilities:Monitor and patrol premises to detect and prevent suspicious activity.Monitor associates on the floor to ensure a positive and safe work environment.Identify issues of operational errors and policy violationsConduct routine audits and inspections.Assist in the development of policies and systems for safeguarding assets.Qualifications:Previous experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or other related fields (Preferred but not required)Strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSome minor computer experience.Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.Company DescriptionAbout Epic Personnel Partners, LLCEpic Personnel Partners is a woman-owned staffing firm dedicated to forging strong, lasting relationships.
