Human Resources Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations while helping ensure organizational expectations are met across departments. This is not a traditional HR role—success in this position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies
• Support and help enforce operational expectations across teams
• Assist with employee relations, including addressing concerns and facilitating communication
• Maintain accurate records and support HR administrative processes
• Manage time-sensitive tasks and prioritize competing deadlines effectively

Qualifications

• Previous experience in human resources or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when needed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
