Now Hiring: (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse
- Per Diem, All shifts available
- Every other weekend required at a minimum
Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:
- The (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care
- Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition.
- Changing dressings or inserting catheters.
- Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation.
- Assisting with tests or procedures.
- Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting.
- Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care
- Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid LPN in New Jersey
- Must be able to work in Edison, New Jersey
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
