About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, RN, at Epic Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional supervision and guidance to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with state regulations for resident care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
">- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or three (3) years experience in long-term care
- Current licensure in New York State as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity either in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related medical facility, training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practice
