What You’ll Do
- Help residents with daily care and activities
- Take vital signs and provide basic first aid or CPR when needed
- Assist with meals, transfers, and mobility
- Keep living areas clean and comfortable
- Support residents during recreational events and outings
- Create a kind, respectful environment for all residents
- Attend in-service trainings and team meetings
What You’ll Need
- Must be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry (or meet equivalent requirements)
- CPR certification from AHA or ARC
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- A caring attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- 6 months of experience required
