Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars; schedule meetings, appointments, and possibly travel
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)
Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Maintain both digital and paper filing systems; organize documents and records
Assist with data entry, invoice processing, or basic bookkeeping as needed
Order and manage office supplies, keep inventory updated
Greet visitors or clients, answer the phone, provide customer service duties
Take meeting minutes and track follow‑ups or action items
Assist with special or ad‑hoc projects, research, or other delegated tasks
Ensure confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Some prior experience in administrative/office support is a plus, but not always required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
