Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel interests and adventure preferences
- Plan and book adventure-based travel experiences including guided tours, excursions, cruises, and destination travel
- Research destinations, activities, and travel experiences to create personalized itineraries
- Provide recommendations for outdoor adventures such as hiking, snorkeling, wildlife tours, cultural experiences, and exploration trips
- Manage travel reservations, accommodations, transportation, and excursions
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support before and during travel
- Stay informed on travel trends, adventure destinations, and supplier promotions
- Passion for travel and adventure experiences
- Strong customer service and communication skills
