We typically work slightly longer days Monday through Thursday (9-hour shifts) so our team can enjoy early-out Fridays every week and get a head start on the weekend.
If you already have dental laboratory experience, we’d love to talk with you. However, we also provide on-the-job training for skilled, motivated individuals interested in starting a rewarding new career as a Dental Lab Technician. Compensation will vary based on experience and skill level.
Position Overview
As a Dental Lab Technician, you will work in a hands-on production environment creating high-quality dental restorations and appliances. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy detailed craftsmanship, artistic work, technology, and precision-focused tasks.
No prior dental lab experience is required - we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Enjoy working with their hands on precise, detailed projects
- Comfortable using small hand tools, handling delicate components, and mixing materials accurately
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing, navigating software programs, and using standard computer applications
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues
- Artistic ability, including an eye for subtle color matching, symmetry, and aesthetics
- Experience or interest in fine-detail painting, model building, crafting, sculpting, gaming, graphic design, or other visually focused hobbies
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn through hands-on training
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback and continuous improvement
