- Oversee inventory management for repair parts and tools, ensuring availability and organization.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales staff to identify customer needs and promote service offerings.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in bicycle repair and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bike mechanic or in a similar role within a bike shop.
